Booking Terms and Conditions: Steadfast Safaris

Thank you for choosing Steadfast Safaris for your adventure. Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Airfares and Luggage:

• Airfares are not included in the package cost. Clients are responsible for booking their own flights.
• Weight restrictions for luggage may apply. Please adhere to airline regulations and confirm specific details with your airline.

2. Accommodation:

• Accommodation will be provided as mentioned in the package. In the event of unavailability, a similar standard will be booked.

3. Meals:

• Meals will be provided as specified in the package.

4. Transfers:

• Transfers will be provided as indicated in the itinerary.

5. Tips and Taxes:

• All taxes imposed by accommodations, parks, and government authorities are included.
• Tips are not included in the package.

6. Not Included:

• Airfares, travel insurance, activities not mentioned in the package, optional activities, additional activities deviating from the initial program, items not initially covered, airline baggage charges, tips, and any government levy increases are not included.

7. Booking Procedure:

• A nonrefundable 40% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The balance has to be paid 60 days prior to the trip starting date
• Credit card payments will attract a 5% surcharge.

8. Health and Vaccinations:

• Clients are responsible for obtaining relevant health information and vaccinations.

9. Visa and Passport:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary visa and passport documentation.

10. Final Invoice and Payment:

• A final invoice will be sent, and a deposit payment must be made within 2 weeks of issuing.
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to the trip.
• For instant booking, full amount has to be paid, upon trip confirmation

11. Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• The 40% deposit is nonrefundable.
• If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the trip, the full amount is nonrefundable.
• For cancellation or reschedule of a trip, has to be done in write on our company channel of communication in advance
• Cancellation of an ongoing trip, no refund shall be made
• No show, attractions 100% no refund

12. Termination or Discontinuation:

• Steadfast Safaris reserves the right to terminate or discontinue a trip due to the misconduct of a client, with zero refund.

13. Photo Usage:

• Steadfast Safaris reserves the right to use client photos for marketing purposes.

14. Governing Law:

• The booking terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be settled under Ugandan law.

15. Important Note:

• Steadfast Safaris reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.
